Nick believes in helping others and in paying it forward. As a successful multi-business owner, he takes personal attention in the daily activities of the business and his employees. Because of his dedication to helping others, his team has dry cleaned thousands of coats being donated each year to Associated Charities of Lenawee County. Those who need a coat for the winter get one that is cleaned, repaired, and ready to wear.
A lot of you may know our delivery driver: Glenn Phipps. Glenn is a life-long Adrian resident, and has been with us longer than anyone here at Adrian Dry Cleaner’s, driving our Free Pick Up and Delivery route for more than 12 years, mostly servicing doctor offices, schools and businesses around the county. But he also picks up at individual homes. Call us about our Free Pick Up and Delivery and you’ll get to meet Glenn.
Jane Buchanan runs our utility press along with multiple other duties behind the scenes. She’s been with us for going on 5 years. But Janie has been in the dry cleaning business for 30 + years and we’ve been blessed by having her vast knowledge and experience in the dry clean business here working with us. And just let me tell you that you won’t find more of a “Git ‘Er Done” kind of lady anywhere! We are very lucky to have Janie at Adrian Dry Cleaners.
Maria Perez is our Shirt Presser. She is responsible for all the shirts that get pressed here at Adrian Dry Cleaners; it’s her job to treat stains, launder, and press every shirt that comes to us and she does a magnificent job! If you see someone in a very well pressed shirt it’s probably due to the job that Maria has done. Maria’s been here working with us for over 3 years.
Kaycee Rios is a customer service representative who started working here in March of 2013, It is Kaycee’s job to make sure that our customers are treated to the best customer service available anywhere! Kaycee works part time with us; she is an honor student at Adrian High School.
We are very proud of our crew and the job they do for us; they are very committed to what they do. The best interest of our customers is their primary concern. They all do a great job for us.
